Name and email address (when creating an account)
Profile information from Google OAuth (name, profile picture)
Journey inputs — skills, experience, background information you enter during the FFS steps
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

Information collected automatically:

Usage data — which steps you complete, features you use, and session activity
AI usage logs — token counts and costs associated with AI calls (not the content of AI responses)
Device and browser information for security and performance purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the FFS platform and AI features
To process payments and manage your credit balance
To personalize your experience and save your journey progress
To send important service updates and notifications (no marketing spam)
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve the product

4. AI & Third-Party Services

FFS uses AI providers to generate responses. Your journey inputs may be sent to these providers to generate AI outputs:

Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis and generation
OpenAI (GPT-4o) — AI analysis and generation
Google (Gemini) — AI analysis and generation
Stripe — Payment processing
Supabase — Database and authentication

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are never stored — we use Supabase Auth with Google OAuth or magic links only.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and journey data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of your personal data
Correction — update inaccurate or incomplete data
Deletion — request deletion of your account and data
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Objection — object to certain types of data processing
