Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All credit purchases and payments made on FFS are non-refundable and non-reversible under any circumstances.

1. No Refund Policy

FFS operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing a purchase of credits or any paid service on the FFS platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Credits purchased cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
  • Unused credits are non-refundable regardless of the reason.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial use of credits.

2. Why We Have This Policy

FFS uses AI services to power each step of the platform. These AI services are consumed and billed per request — meaning costs are incurred the moment you use a step, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the output. Due to the nature of AI-generated content being immediately delivered upon request, we are unable to "un-use" or return the resources consumed.

3. Before You Purchase

We encourage all users to evaluate the platform before purchasing credits:

  • New accounts receive 5 free credits upon registration — use these to experience the platform firsthand.
  • Each step clearly states the credit cost before you proceed.
  • Your credit balance is always visible in the navigation bar.

4. Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is in the case of a verified technical error on our part that resulted in credits being deducted without the AI service being delivered (e.g., a server error that charged credits but returned no result). In such cases, please contact us within 7 days with details and we will investigate and restore credits if the error is confirmed.

This exception does not apply to dissatisfaction with AI output quality, change of mind, or accidental purchases.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider for a valid purchase is a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is filed, your account will be immediately suspended and you will be permanently banned from the platform.

6. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any unused credits or remaining balance.
