4. Credits & Payments

• FFS operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through the platform and used to access AI-powered features.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.

• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI outputs provided through FFS are for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of any AI-generated analysis, strategy, or content. You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any suggestions provided by the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The FFS platform, its design, code, and non-AI content are owned by FFS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated outputs produced using your inputs are considered your content, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FFS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and any unused credits will be forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
